Our fountains are not prepackaged. They are individually handmade when ordered. Unlike the other merchandise we sell they cannot be shipped within a few days of ordering. Please allow at least 4 weeks for receipt of your fountain, and at Christmas a minimum of 6 weeks is required.

We have recently lowered our shipping rates to accomodate the many new and smaller items we have added to our web site. These new rates, however, do not come close to covering our costs for shipping fountains. For this reason additional shipping charges apply to all fountains on this page. When you add an item to your cart, you will be charged our new lower shipping rate based on the total dollar amount of your purchase. This fee barely covers our costs for shipping the fountain to you! We do not make a profit on shipping. These fountains are heavy and we take great care in packaging them. Failure to add the additional shipping charge will result in a delay of the processing and shipping of your order.
